Refund Policy
Updated 28 September 2026, version 1.2, governed by the law of Hong Kong SAR.
All payments are final. What you can do instead, and what we always fix.
Refund Policy
CopySignals is software, switched on and delivered the moment a payment clears, so payments are not refundable. That includes the first payment on a workspace. What you can always do instead is cancel: one click stops the next payment, and the workspace runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments made before 27 September 2026 keep the thirty-day refund they were sold with: write to us within 30 days of that payment, from the email address the workspace signs in with, and it is refunded to the original payment method through Whop.
Brokers and servers not on the list
A broker, prop firm or server missing from the list in the panel is not a ground for a refund. Email [email protected] instead and we add it: for a broker or prop firm that holds an official MetaTrader licence for the platform you ask for, it is guaranteed to be listed within 24 to 48 hours of your email. Section 3.4a has the details.
What is not refunded
- No partial-period refunds. Cancelling mid-period means no further payment; it does not refund the period already bought.
- No refunds when you upgrade. Upgrading mid-period buys a full month at the new price and adds it to the time you already hold, so nothing is lost: what is never done is a refund, a credit or a pro-rated price for the days remaining on the plan you are leaving.
- No refunds for downgrades. A downgrade takes effect with the next payment.
- No refunds for unused capacity, such as accounts on the plan that were never connected or copiers that were never switched on.
- No refunds on termination for breach under Section 3.6.
- No refunds for trading losses. A loss on an order the Platform placed is not a defect in the software and is never refundable, whatever the signal said and however the trade turned out.
What we will always fix
Billing errors on our side, such as a payment taken twice for the same period, are corrected and refunded in full once verified, whenever they happen. Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Disputes
Raising a dispute or chargeback with Whop or your card issuer instead of contacting us first is treated as a material breach: the workspace may be suspended while the dispute is open, connections for its accounts may be stopped, and we may recover costs where the dispute is found to be unjustified. Write to us first: genuine billing errors are fixed quickly.
